Lisa’s entire career has centered around educating herself on how to best assist her patients in living a healthy lifestyle, helping them through recovery to lead a full and active life after injury or surgery, and how to avoid further injury in the future. Her entire career reflects these goals as she served as the Athletic Trainer for the BC Jets, Pilates Instructor, Spinning Instructor, Pilates-On-The-Ball Instructor, Step Reebok Instructor, and ongoing Yoga instruction and training. She incorporates her extensive knowledge and experience in to her Physical Therapy sessions to provide her patients with the best possible Therapy experience, and she ensures that the Bodyworks Staff are highly trained and maintain the same level of excellence for all patients.
Renee started her career as Physical Therapy Assistant, working 3 years in a private orthopedic practice. After continuing her education and receiving her Physical Therapy license through S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical in Syracuse, NY, she practiced at S.U.N.Y. Health Science Center specializing in orthopedics and McKenzie Method Mechanical Approach before relocating to Virginia. Following a period of home health care, she came back to the Binghamton area and began a career as an Adjunct in Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Broome Community College, specializing in Modalities and educating the next generation of Physical Therapy Assistants. Bodyworks is thrilled to have someone with Renee’s vast experience with hands-on care as well as her extensive knowledge in orthopedics and educational training.
Susan is a NYS Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and ATRI trained Aquatic Therapist specializing in Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation. She graduated from Broome Community College in 2000 and has continued her education through seminars and advanced training sessions. Susan has over 17 years experience working in an acute geriatric rehabilitation setting, acute physical therapy clinic, and Pediatric Early Intervention Therapies. She takes the lead on patient care for Aquatic Therapy where her experience and knowledge serves her patients well during observation, modification and advancement of your Aquatic Therapy program. Her experience and knowledge makes her a valuable addition to our team
Keith is a 2016 graduate of SUNY Broome Physical Therapist Assistant program. His clinical experience includes Bridgewater Nursing Home as well as numerous outpatient Physical Therapy clinics in the Southern Tier. Keith specializes in traditional Land Therapy techniques as well as advanced Modalities such as Ultrasound, TENS, Rock Tape Application, and Interferential Current Therapy. He excels in hands-on care and employees proper techniques to ensure your progress and safety, and he will keep you motivated as you improve through your personalized therapy plans to ensure you reach your goals.
Christina is a trained and certified Medical Assistant and member of the American Association of Medical Assistants. She graduated as a member of the Delta chapter of New York Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society from Elmira Business Institute in 2015. She is trained in clinical and administrative functions with an emphasis on patient care, insurance and billing protocols, and medical records. Christina’s training, experience, and knowledge will ensure a hassle-free therapy experience.
